Jesus

JESUS - Jesus is life. Jesus is God and was with God in the beginning. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. (Col 1:17) Jesus emptied himself of his rights as a deity, becoming human. For 33 years Jesus walked, ministered, healed, made friends, and ate meals with his people. At the end of his ministry, he was captured, crucified on a Roman cross – dying for all of humanity. By his blood we are healed, and by his resurrected life we now live.

Jesus loves us. So deeply. He is fully aware of every life, every heart, every internal hope. He is FOR US. He came close, dwelt among us, died for us, and now, through his Spirit he lives in us. 

INVITING JESUS IN – Maybe you don’t know Jesus, or maybe you knew him once, but have spent some time away. Regardless, Jesus would love to be welcomed into your life and heart. If you are needing God and wanting to know Jesus today, I invite you to pray this prayer:

“Jesus, you are Lord. Thank you for dying for someone like me, for choosing my life over your own, and for inviting me into the great adventure of following you. I want to receive your life and forgiveness, and I am deciding to follow you, and build something with you with my life. Thank you for your love, your grace, and your Spirit. You truly are so good to me. In Jesus name, Amen.”
